I had given up hope, and constantly worried about my future, and not having "bottom teeth" that fitted correctly, when on visiting my newly recommended Dentist, Dr Raman Gill, of West Street Dental Clinic Fareham, who after our first consultation, suggested that she would like to recommend a dental consultant, who could offer me the chance to "Smile" again!!,.

On Meeting Dr Ian Odendaal, and the Practice Manager, and his lovely assistant, I was made to feel totally at ease, they were so very kind, understanding and caring, and I quickly realised that i was in th hands of a True Professional.

What a Great Team they all are!!.

Ian explained in full detail every stage of the proceedure, for fitting my implants. I had an Xray, and the proceedure started, with very little pain or discomfort over the period required to fit the two implants, and the successful healing of my gums.

I was terribly excited the day of the "first" fitting, it was a day of pure joy for me. I now smile with confidence, it was as good as winning the lottery!!.

For anyone considering dental implants I highly recommend Ian at Ambience Dental Excellence. Excellence is exactly what he strives for. From the first consultation to the implant surgery and right up until the final result, every aspect is handled in the most professional and exacting conditions. Everything was explained fully, my endless questions all answered with 100% satisfaction.

The surgery itself was far less invasive than I had expected and the procedure was immaculately handled by Ian, with the nurses help. I was reassured and comfortable throughout. I especially want to praise them for their standard practice of working in a sterile environment, which was equivalent to a surgical operating theatre and which I am certain helped to avoid any possible risk of after-infection which could have caused the implant to fail (Such a high standard is something not all implant dentists feel is necessary), I was certainly pleased that at Ambience they treat this aspect as paramount to the final success of the implant. I had no problems whatsoever afterwards and now after 6 months have my new tooth in place, the result of which I am delighted with.

Ian takes so much time and trouble over his client and his work and he is obviously passionate about his dentistry. He clearly always wants to be the best he can possibly be, you cannot ask for more than that.

I would just like to say how pleased that I am that for the second time in two weeks I have overcome my "fear of the dentist" an had an hour in the chair each time without sedation.

Ian is just so good at getting your trust, and is an excellent dentist as well, I am very pleased with the results.

This is a dental surgery that will ensure that you get your teeth checked as you should every six months and any work will be carried out extremely well, (and with a sense of humour!)

Even though much of my treatment was given whilst I was receiving IV sedation and my mouth has hidden many of your skills from me.
